This homeowner originally came to me looking to have some window sill replaced. After examining the property and its location it was apparent that replacing a few window sills was not going to solve their rot problems and this house would require constant care. I offered the suggestion of a vinyl over and replacing the sills with PVC trim. After taking measurements and providing a quote we had a signed contract. These homeowners were over the moon at our finished product and how little it actually cost them. We were even able to give them a few upgrades without raising the price one cent. They still refer us to their friends!
