Established by partners Justin Case and Joe Joubert, American Pride Properties Group LLC (A.P.P.) is a family owned company specializing in all aspects of residential and commercial construction.  Located in Dartmouth, MA – their reach goes as far as Boston and into neighboring Rhode Island.  A.P.P. was founded on the core principles of trust, communication, and transparency; qualities that they feel are seriously lacking in the modern age of construction.  American Pride Properties Group LLC strives to provide you, the customer, a commitment to quality and the promise of a low-stress project that will result in your complete satisfaction.

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR KEY PERSONNEL

The co-founder and President of A.P.P., Justin Case, started his construction career in 2000. Case developed his core principles and combined knowledge of commercial and residential construction while employed by Joe Joubert.   Thirteen years later based on their desire to provide quality construction at a fair and reasonable price, Case and Joubert created American Pride Properties Group LLC.

The Vice President and co-owner, Joe Joubert has been in the construction field since the early 90’s.  With a lifetime of experience, Joubert brings a wide range of expertise combined with an educational background in Project Management, Design Consultation and Competitive Estimating and Value Engineering.
