This early 1800s home was in the homeowner’s family for generations but was structurally unsound. To preserve its historic designation, we carefully reinforced the floors, ceiling, and roof with engineered lumber, hand-dug the basement, and rebuilt exterior walls—blending old-world charm with modern stability.
