This homeowner purchased a multi-family home with two goals in mind—moving her aging mother from Texas to be closer and generating some rental income at the same time. With her mother’s lease expiring soon, we had a tight deadline to complete the first-floor remodel and make the basement stairs safe and accessible for an elderly resident.

We fully remodeled the bathroom, installed new doors and upgraded trim, repaired and refinished the walls, and cased and trimmed out the windows, giving the space a fresh, polished look. A full interior repaint tied everything together, creating a clean and welcoming home.

One of the biggest challenges was the basement staircase, which needed to be redesigned for both safety and functionality. We removed the existing stairs, redesigned the layout, and installed a new, more accessible staircase to ensure safe, easy use for years to come.
