New Bedford Deck

This customer came to us simply to have us install some rails and to replace the decking. Well we were unable to get under the existing deck to inspect the framing and gave her a price hoping everything was to code but with the warning that it may not. Well it turns out that it was not. We were able to keep her within her budget and still bring it up to code by tearing it down and rebuilding it, making the deck much shorter but adding a large concrete patio giving her more usable space and peace of mind.
