This custom home in Dartmouth was a complete tear down and rebuild. The homeowner was an investor who came to us with a set of rough set of plans and a goal. We redesigned the home so that the flow would work better for sale in the modern market. Initially we were contracted for the exterior package but as we gained his confidence we were contracted for all the interior finishes. The final exterior scope of work included framing, siding, roof, decks, window and doors. The interior scope consisted of drywall, painting, doors, trim, cabinets, custom built staircase and all flooring.
