This small converted summer home needed more space and an energy-efficient heating and cooling system. We built a breezeway addition, but along the way, we uncovered years of hidden rot. After completely replacing the affected areas and properly waterproofing the structure, we installed a mini-split system that qualified for a full Mass Save rebate.
