We were referred to this client by an associate familiar with our work. We were contacted in September and after finalization and permitting we broke ground in November. This home had a breathtaking view, but no way to enjoy it. We designed and built a new kitchen with a walkout deck, plus a rooftop deck off the master bedroom. The kitchen features cork floors, custom cabinetry, and a stunning bar-top counter.

The roof deck, complete with lighted post caps, composite decking, and a spiral staircase, now offers the perfect outdoor retreat.We were able to give this gentleman a 300 Square foot kitchen along with a 300 Square foot roof deck, both with beautiful views of the Sakonnet River. He could not be happier!
